We are excited to let you know that beginning this year, we’ll be using ParentSquare to communicate with from school and with teachers, teams, and groups.

ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect. With ParentSquare you’ll be able to:

  • Receive all district, school and classroom communication via email, text, or app
  • Share pictures and files
  • View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events
  • Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items
  • Schedule parent conferences
  • Securely receive report cards, IEPs and other important student documents
  • Complete forms securely and electronically
  • and much more... all in one centralized place!

All district, school, grade level, classroom, sports teams, and club information will now be sent to your computer or phone via email or text. For even more convenience, download the ParentSquare app (available for free on iOS and Android devices).

Your Invitation is Coming Soon

On Monday, 7/24 after 10:00 AM, you will receive an invitation email or text to join ParentSquare. It is safe to click the link in your invitation to activate your account. It takes less than a minute. If you want to get started now or you have not received an invitation, please visit ParentSquare's sign in page and enter your email address or phone number in the registration box.

If the email/phone matches the information in ParentSquare (the info you provided to the school that is in SchoolTool), you'll receive an account activation email/text to register.

You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for iOS or Android or use the desktop version at ParentSquare's website.

Our goal is for every family to join ParentSquare and engage with our school community.

Getting Started

  • Watch a quick video or complete a parent training module to get started using ParentSquare today! The videos and training module below are designed to help you tour ParentSquare and set your notification preferences.

    • Parent 101 Training - (14:23 minutes) - an introduction to ParentSquare from a parent/guardian's perspective.

  • The ParentSquare app is available in both iOS or Android stores. Downloading the mobile app is the easiest way to receive all Posts, Events, Sign Up Requests, Photos and Files.

  • Your child(ren)'s school has your email and/or phone number in their records and they will initiate the setup process with you. They will send you an invitation email and/or text with a link to activate your ParentSquare account.

    1. From your email, click the button, Activate your account.

    1. Register by entering your Email or Phone Number, then click Get Started.
